Our interpreters are specifically trained to support English Learner families and educators in early childhood and K-12 settings. All of our interpreters:

• Attend a mandatory training that includes an overview of the National Code of Ethics for Educational Translators and Interpreters https://www.naetisl.net/code-of-ethics/ confidentiality, protection of information, accuracy, completeness and impartiality
• Must pass SeSo, Inc.’s language proficiency and translation/interpreting skills test
• Are subject to a thorough background check, and complete a Mandatory Reporter and HIPAA training
• Must have over two years of experience interpreting/translating prior to hiring or complete our interpreter mentoring program
• Attend continuing education workshops for skill-building and practice
